How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Resultedcrash Heating & Air to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
Topics We Accept
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Resultedcrash Heating & Air
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that looks unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, equipment, warranties, work, and customer service. If work in your home went wrong, take this first step: raise it with the provider directly, and keep a written record.
Still tell us. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Be aware that Resultedcrash Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, issue refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
Send Your Complaint
Email contact@resultedcrash.garden and include:
1. Your name and how to reach you 2. The date you contacted us or the provider 3. The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember 4. The provider's name, if you know it 5. A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want
What Happens Next
First, we confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Next, we look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Then we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
